Will a tonsillectomy help with my sleep apnea?
I’m an adult, by the way.
Anyone here have sleep apnea, that has had their tonsils removed?

No. I had a tonsillectomy when I was 7 and I still have sleep apnea (I’m in my mid 30′s now). The best treatment is to see your doctor and have a sleep test done. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2006. Now I sleep with a CPAP machine at night which forces air into my lungs so that I can breathe at night. I now can get a good night’s sleep without waking up dozens of times.
you could get a nose job like ashley tisdale
yes it will. :)
Usually they remove your adnoids during the tonsilectomy (but not always). If they remove your adnoids, yes it will help dramatically. If they dont, it might help some, but not alot.
