Why am I so tired? I get plenty of sleep. Sleep with a CPAP machine but I can not wake up? What is wrong?
I have a CPA because I have Central sleep apnea. For some reason unknown I just stop breathing while I am sleeping.
I am take Lexapro before I go to bed. I was taking it in the morning but I was so sleepy during the day so I started taking it at night.
I use a CPAP MACHINE sorry

Your cpap machine needs to be turned up, it might not be blowing the air strong enough for you:)
Maybe too much sleep? That can actually make you more tired. Add exercise to your routine, that can actually help your inner body moods. Even if it is just walking daily.
Maybe you are depressed or have poor diet. Try taking vitamins/improving diet and improving/balancing your other aspects of life.
You may also be eating food in the three-hour frame prior to sleep.This interferes with the "recovery" aspect of sleep and puts more effort into digestion during the sleep phase. It’ll leave you feeling tired in the morning, as if you had slept only three hours.

When was the last time you had a sleep study? It could be that your settings need to be adjusted. Check with your Dr there could be an underlying health cause such as your depression. The Lexapro might not be effective for you.
when you are trying to sleep try not to think about the fact that you can die if you do not sleep. So whatever you do dont think about dying cuz u cant sleep. im serious dont think about if you went insane cuz you cant sleep and you die because you cant sleep. Try not to think about if you dont get enough sleep you will start to go insane and therfore die.
