What’s happening with me?
I have these aches that are sometimes just dull but sometimes very sharp. The pain is constant and mostly on my left side. I have had it for around five years and the doctors have not figured it out yet. I also have unusual weight gain, as much as 30 pounds in less than two weeks. I have symptoms of being pre diabetic and poor blood circulation in one part of my heart that led to sleep apnea. I look up conditions but nothing concrete.

I think you need to see another doctor.
Well it sounds like you should get different doctors to treat you.
Hire a better doctor and get the best of the best. There is no reason that these doctors you have can not figure it out if you have pain for that long. Somethings definitely wrong with you if your getting these kind of symptoms.
Don’t stay with one doctor, get different doctors views and hopefully someone will figure it out.
