Any doctor can refer you to have a sleep study done, but they must first have a reason. (i.e. you snore so bad it interrupts sleep, you cannot sleep, you have fibromyalgia, fall asleepr during day, stop breathing at random times during sleep)
I’m getting one done this monday night to check for sleep apnea.

Could be neurologist! Or, your regular MD can do it as well!
They are simple called ‘sleep experts’ Except when you look that up, you’ll find people selling matresses!
They would almost definately be psychologists. Maybe some psychiatrists.
You may be able to see a neurologist, but it is very difficult to find one.
It’s mostly in the field of psychology.
There are sleep disorder clinics, where they do research, and can watch you through the night.
They are also called Sleep Disorder Centres, but when you look for some of those be careful about what they may be selling you.
