Always TIRED..Im going crazy!?

My husband is 27 years old and always tired. Here’s alittle background info: He has sleep apnea, he is on Paxil 40mg daily for anxiety, he is also on 40mg of Priolsec daily. He uses his sleep apnea machine on and off and if he does use it normally its only for a few hours....

My husband is 36 and has SEVERE Sleep Apnea. He stops breathing approx. 100x per hour or more…?

its biology, and i hear it is hard, should i only get 6.5 hours of sleep, or study and get 7.5 -8 hours of sleep?
