I just started recently, in the last month it has happened about 3 times. I dont have insurrance that would cover this for going to the doctor so i want that to be a last resort. I am a heavier set male, and my first thought was diabites but i have not had any other symptoms. Also, i was diagonosed with sleep apnea, but i never was able to get the machine for it. I also have been dealing with alot of congestion and difficulty breathing during the day….like i said any suggestions with out having to see a doc. would be good. Thanks,
Tom
I do have insurance it just doesn’t cover things like this…
I sleep 7-8 hours wake up zombified with eye bags. When i lay down or relax one of my nasal passages gets congested or constricted. Doctor said it was allergies prescribed nasonex. Used it made breathing worse (dry nose, even more constricted even when not laying down or relaxing). Also when one passage is congested and i turn my head to other side, the congestion moves to that side.
I am 19yrs old, not overweight (128 pounds), have a good high protein diet because i work out. Could this be sleep apnea? Or is this the way allergies work, only effecting breathing when laying down? Had this since early childhood, and get strep throat every winter. These are all my symptoms, thanks if anyone can help or link symptoms.
For the past 3 months I have been off and on sick, usually around the same time of month, but not during my period. The symptoms are nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, low grade fever, chills, headache, bodyaches, joint ache, congestion, chest pain, and sometimes a racing or pounding heart. I do have anxiety, but during these occurrences I don’t feel anxious until the third or fourth day. The first month I was diagnosed with a virus, the second month I had a uti. I haven’t gone to the doctor yet because I can’t afford it due to no insurance and no job. I have looked up the symptoms on webmd but none of the causes explain all my symptoms. I was thinking sleep apnea because it usually occurs in the morning and disipates throughout the day. I am not pregnant. Any ideas?
