		<description>Get up and stretch.  Try studying in different places.  And truly, if you don&#039;t already have a good idea about the material, cramming it in now isn&#039;t going to help a whole lot.  30 minutes is great studying time.  When you study for too long of periods, the information tends to become mixed and confused.  Study for 30 minutes, then go for a walk or take a snack break, call a friend.  After a 15 or 20 minute break, you can try to study for another 30 - 45 minutes.</description>

		<description>pro plus and coffee, works every time, but dont over do it on the pro plus otherwise you wont even be able to sit down to study! but some advice, maybe you should be revisin now instead of posting questions! and also it is important to sleep, go to bed at a reasonable time and get up early, the brain works better in the mornin! good luck. love b xx</description>
