Sleep apnea question.?
Would sleep apnea prevent me from serving in the army? I had sleep tests done in the hospital and they told me I had severe sleep apnea, I stopped breathing 114 times in 110 minutes, but they wouldn’t let me lay anyway except my back, which is why I could only sleep 110 minutes. I sleep fine when I’m on my stomach and don’t have any problems.

From the Armys point of view, the only reason why they should be concerned was if it disturbed your sleep and therefore caused you to be severly fatigued which could be dangerous in that line of work.
From the sounds of it you can lead a normal life regardless of this so it shouldn’t prevent you joining but its going to be better to talk to an enrolment office because I can’t say 100% for certain
