I don’t know if i have sleep apnea.
but i do have a dry mouth in the morning which
is a symptom of sleep apnea.
Should i sleep because i’m not sure
if i have it and like if i do then its life

You can’t just decide not to sleep, hun, all human’s need the sleep. Even if you did have sleep apnea, you can’t simply stop sleeping!
Waking up with a dry mouth is actually really common, but if you’re that worried, you should go your doctors.

Heartburn or a sour taste in the mouth at night.
Swelling of the legs if you are obese.
Getting up during the night to urinate (nocturia).
Sweating and chest pain while you are sleeping.
