make a schedule…. and go to sleep at the same time everyday if possible… i go to sleep as early as possible….
5:30 wake up
7:10-12:00 school
1:00-5:00 work
6:00-6:30 @ home eating dinner
6:30-7:00 resting or doing homework
7:00-8:00 i go running
8:00-10:00 do homework studying showering resting…
and that’s my day
you could try exercising like an hour or 2 before going to sleep it could tire you out and you end up going to sleep…. or just make a schedule…
take some benadryl

Hon you need to really start to relax as stressing like this only makes it worse and gets you behind in your studies.I was so depressed and still am a lot so i had to get on anti depressants and wow what a difference .I do not cry at every thought i sleep good eat and feel almost human again.You should get some too from your doctor as even prozacs are hell a helpful Take a hot shower or bath before bed and drink a cup of hot chocolate or read a book before bed or even put the timer on your radio or tv turn it down and after an hour it stops and your a sleep or on the way.The secret is to not think of anything before bed as that gets the mind clicking around and around..Well good luck and try these tips and if you do the radio put light jazz or lite rock as it’s relaxing so good.
