I would appreciate any advice.?
First of all I suffer from sleep-apnea, and I use a C-Pap machine. But my problem is I keep having vivid dreams every night I go to sleep. In my dreams I’m always engaged in some kind of physical activity like walking, running, swimming, climbing, working, and in the morning I wake up very exhausted. Is there some kind of remedy or treatment for this.

Me too, glad to meet you! I’ve been on a C-Pap machine for about a month. I have the full face mask, & I’m dreaming now where before I did not dream. My dreams are crazy too, but normally you can make since of how your subconscious works. I dream pt that the topping I was putting on my desert was oreo cream pudding? It was suppose to be whipped topping, so I tasted it & it was so good I ate it all. The next morning while remembering my dream I remembered I had made a sugar free oreo cookie pudding for my mother, she’s diabetic, so I rushed to the fridge & the pudding was still there, then I remembered as I was making it I wondered what it taste like?
I’m just happy that I’m getting to dream again, for over 30 years I never dreamed, if I did I could never remember what I was dreaming about. Now I remember what it was like to get out of bed as a kid, remember how hard it was to wake up? Now when I wake up it’s almost like I’m drunk, I’ve been told that’s rem sleep, welcome to a good night sleep!
When you think of it your in a race, on a journey, you are on the road to the mountain of Jehovah, where righteous is to dwell, of course your subconscious is going to go in all directions, it’s been pinned up a long time. The reason your so tired is, you are finally sleeping in rem.
It takes a little longer to wake up now, because your in deep sleep where before you were waking up most of the night.
I woke up 47 times every hour, the longest I stopped breathing was 27 seconds, I have severe sleep-apnea. I’m loven my sleeping time & my crazy dreams. Don’t worry, you will be just fine.

I would suggest you contact the physician that prescribed the C-Pap.
If you don’t any drugs it may be a side effect from the C-Pap
It’s probally because the machine doesn’t feel natural to you in your sleep and you’re fighting it. Probally with time it will ease up.
I would talk with your doctor and maybe he can adjust it, or give you something to help you rest.
There’s no reason you should go through this.
Try an occasional night or two without it and see if you have the same situation with the dreams.
That may be a clue.
Have you tried selenium?
sorry i cant give you any help i try ed but all the sites i look at but dreams were about going a to a medium so some ting like that which is condemned in the catholic church.http://www.catholic.com/thisrock/1995/9503clas.asp
