I was diagnoised with Sleep Apnea ?
I have the machine and have used it now for about 5 days. However, I have been waking up with a horrible headache about 4am the last 3 days. I have the humidifier on the machine and was wondering if maybe I need to move it up a notch?? Since this is all so new to me I have no idea what is causing the headaches. Its sooo bad I cant go back to sleep with the mask on.

call your Dr. this can be a side effect or it could be a problem with your pressure
The CPAP machines can be difficult to get used to. I listened to a dentist who claims there are some dental appliances that may help sleep apnea, don’t hold your breath but it may warrant looking into. In the meantime try to adapt to the machine it is a major help.
Your mask may be on too tight. Call the supply company that gave you the CPAP machine and they will be glad to help you. You could also have an air-leak, or your pressure is not high enough. But, you MUST talk to a professional about this problem. It is too important to try and guess what is wrong.
I’ve got it too, but It deffo shouldn’t be (not) working like that. Sounds like it’s making things worse!
I don’t know how common it is but this hasn’t happened to me so far.
Sounds like you’re still not getting enough air, maybe less than before even.
I’d say go ahead and move it up a notch but see a doc as well because there is the off chance that you’re alergic to something or (I guess) that the symptom is unrelated.
Hope this gets fixed soon as for you.
