i believe my hubby was falsely imprisioned….?
ok 1st thing 1st my son from the time he popped outta me (feb.2 08) he screamed and screamed wouldnt eat we took him home all he did was scream he’d NEVER get up to eat! after 2 weeks at home all the screaming stopped…just when we thought he calmed down….when he was 2 months the screaming started up again so we took him to the dr.s she suggested xrays and catscans well when the xrays came back he had mulpitle fractures all in various stages of healing and a few already healed…well anyways right on the spot they arrested my hubby threw him in jail of feb this year our son is 2 now and after 2 whole years ive found out he has a weak heart asthma sleep apnea high liver muscle enzymes and other problems.
**the documents from the hospital said "these injurys for a 2month old is rather unusual and further medical treatment and investagation is neccesary"

No, I don’t think your husband was falsely accused and I don’t think you are being truthful here, or at least you have left out a lot of things. The medical conditions you listed do not cause broken bones. How sad for your child to have gone through such horrible pain and no one to help him. Sounds like you want an excuse to get back with your husband and the law is not going to allow him around that child even if he does get out in time. You never mentioned the evidence they found against him or how the court found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. They had to have proof to put him away.
Your child did not have some type of brittle bone disease that would cause all these various fractures that were both old and new. The docment from the hospital said it best. All those fractures are highly unusual which means the cause of them must be investigated and this child needs further medical treatment.
Well, your son can’t really injure himself that easily, and even so there has to be something to cause it.
If you and your son weren’t doing it, then it was probably your husband, or someone else with access to your son’s room
Well, first off…..a weak heart, asthma, sleep apnea, liver problems, etc., do not cause broken bones. If the baby had broken bones in various stages of healing, then someone had to break them. If it was not you, then it had to be your husband, unless someone else kept the baby. They had to suspect your husband to even arrest him, and if he was found guilty, then they had proof that he did the breaking. I do no think he was or has been imprisoned falsely.
Your husband had to questioned on this matter they just didn’t decide OH yeah he did it. You were questioned also about the injuries to this child. They found enough physical evidence to charge your husband with this offense if you or your husband didn’t inflict these injuries to this baby . Your stories would have matched. Somewhere during the interview process with the authorities someone starting pointing fingers Now you are going to tell me as a mother your child screams for two weeks straight and you didn’t bother to seek medical attention for this child Just from that point there it leads me to believe you know more then you are saying . For the injures that you are telling us about you should have notice when you touched this infant during changing it or bathing it. There had to be signs of bruising also present when these injuries were fresh and during the healing process.
You say your son was born ed 2/2/08 but then during your story you say your son is now 2 years old not yet he isn’t. Something just don’t wash here with your story. You should be charged also with child endangerment from parts of this story that you have written . They should have locked both of you . Go spread your lies some place else you are just as guilty as your husband for allowing this these injuries to go undetected as long as they did
None of his medical problems would explain the numerous fractures.
No,your husband wasn’t falsely accused unless you were the one abusing your child. Poor baby,I can’t imagine the pain he has had to go through in his short life.
