You could be constantly worn out from continuous stress/working hard, but if it has lasted for 5 months that is a while. Not diet related (lower sugar levels in blood? If you are not getting proper sleep it could be because you are not initially tired- exercising is a great solution for stress and getting energy levels high- blood pumping etc, it seems like the last thing you should do, but if you wear yourself physically out you must be guaranteed a good night sleep. I don’t have much of a clue, but if you don’t go to a sleep clinic, a brain neurology centre (scanning brain for how it operates) is a good choice. My little brother went there cause he gets bad, bad headaches but the flyer says that all these things are related, low attention span to bad reflexes, it could be an imbalance in the brain that results in emotional (psychological) overwhelm-ness. Good luck!
Well it could be a number of things. Do you get enough sleep at night? Are you stressed often? Are you getting in all of your vitamins and daily nutrition? Do you drink a lot of caffeine? There are many causes for exhaustion. Also make sure that you exercise as this can cause you to feel sluggish.
You are stressed out and you are undergoing chronic fatigue syndrome. There is no specific treatment for it and the only solutions is treating stress itself. Drink a lot of water, drink ascorbic acid 1500mg a day, have plenty of sleep and eat a lot of vegetables, oats and fiber meal to detoxification.
did u do CBCD test ?complete blood count and differntials…
I can think of a lot of reasons. Maybe you’re going to the wrong kind of doctor. Try seeing a therapist. Are you an emotional person? When emotions are triggered, your body makes you drowsy as an attempt to shield you from them. Also, do you find yourself stressed, or not sleeping enough? Drowsiness is a body’s defense system. When your body thinks you’re in danger, it tells you it’s tired.
What happened prior to 5 months ago?
Any dental work? – especially crowns or root canals?
Injury?
Surgery?
Infection? – flu, food poisoning, Lyme disease, etc.
High degree of Stress?
Chemical or toxic exposure?
Heavy metal toxicities? (lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, etc.)
Any of these conditions can trigger or cause chronic fatigue through a variety of biochemical/physiological mechanisms.
Also, the number one cause of "unexplained fatigue" is Celiac Disease (CD). I doubt that your doctor tested you for this – even though CD is very common and the number one cause of unexplained fatigue! If she hasn’t tested for CD, be sure to get a referral to a specialist in CD for proper testing.
Best wishes and good luck.
low iron, too high iron, a gluten allergy, stress, a whey (milk) allergy, dietary deficiencies, depression, changes in your body’s needs
Maybe it’s mono.
The users that mentioned Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Celiac are on the right track, in my opinion. I suggest you research Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and also adrenal gland deficiencies and see if any of those symptoms sound like what you’re experiencing. I have controlled my CFS pretty effectively with some very simple dietary changes like avoiding excess amounts of simple carbs (white flour, pastas, starchy foods) and caffeine, supplementing with B vitamins, and exercising regularly.
