Not eating in the evening will almost always cause insomnia in the night. Eat two hours before your bed time (at the latest) and see how it goes.

try locking your bedroom door when you go to sleep so you can't get to the kitchen or pantry. Or put up a baby gate outside your room, or put things on the floor that make lots of noise so you can wake up if you walk on them, or even barricade yourself in your room if you have to.Sorry I don't know much about sleep walking, but I hope I helped in some way. Good luck!
