Have you ever spent the night at a sleep clinic?
My husband is being tested tonight for sleep apnea. What happens at a sleep clinic? How do you get any sleep? Is it a comfortable place?

They put allot of wires on you it’s uncomfortable. A clothes pin shaped sensor on your finger. Some goppy gritty stuff to hold the wires to your skin. I was only able to fall a sleep for about two hours or less at a time evan after being put on the sleep machine but that’s more because I can’t stand anything on my skin. I was their from 8pm to 6am not a lot of fun
