Boyfriend with sleep apnea?
Ok, so I have recently starting dating a guy who has sleep apnea and has to sleep with that little machine. So far it has not been a problem, its actually better because he doesn’t snore and yell anymore. I just want to know a little more about it and what can I do to help him?

That’s very nice of you if you want to help your friend.
You don’t know how much he needs your support. Family and close friends helps a lot to overcome depression, which may appear with sleep apnea.

Just make sure he wears it like he should. Sleep apnea causes you to stop breathing periodically in your sleep. It causes sleeping issues, as well as low oxygen levels. As long as he wears it he is fine. There are two types, central sleep apnea and obstructive sleep apnea. Google them and you’ll find a wealth of information.
