It is not uncommon for people who start on cpap to struggle with it for 3 to 4 months. Most tend to rip them off at night and not even know it. The best thing you can do is put it back on if you wake and realize its off. Some people do best trying to increase the time they can keep it on every night. In some cased you may need to decrease the pressure for a while just to ease the process. Your sleep lab or DME can do this for you. If its a mask issue keep trying different ones because there are tons out there and one of the hardest parts is finding one you can live with. Im not sure exactly what you are struggling with but I hope these things may help. One other thing you can do is where your cpap while you are awake during the day. This will subconciously help you adjust at night. Just for a little while each day, it does seem to help. Good luck
