A Natural way to clear sinisus?
I suffer from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA.) and was using a CPAP machine, which works great. Now after a great deal of weight loss I am slowly trying the new SNORING SOLUTION https://snoringsolutionsite.com/
This procuct seems to work but the problem with me is that My sinius are often clogged. (It has been a problem since childhood and I have been on hundreds of meds and seen hundreds of doctors in my life for this "allergy" problem. aside from a daily saltwarter rinse….what else REALLY works to clear and keep clear one sinisus?
Some great answers here..! I really appericate them all. ….and when I said "Natural"….I guess I was partly thinking "inexpensive".

I have a deviated septum so my nose is ALWAYS clogged!
At night i use those nose strips called Breathe Right and they really work! You can get them at any drugstore or walmart. I also use them on my husband if he snores and they work for that too. I also would suggest a humidifier!
I have a chronic sinus problem myself and I also use a salt rinse, but have you ever tried Chiropractic? My Chiropractor uses an activator on my sinuses as well as other adjustments and it seems to help most of the time. Good luck!
I, too suffer from OSA , but I can’t use the CPAP–I swallow too much air, then I bloat and get sick. I also have sinisitus, only "they" call it Chronic Rhinitus. I’ve tried all kinds of stuff, too, including the Nettipot and saline solutions, but works best fro me is a prescription nasal mist called Rhinocort Aqua, 2 sprays daily in each nostril. I have usually one sinus infestion a year now, instead of the usual 4 or 5, I used to get.
